Available Services
After the intake appointment, I will create a personalized treatment strategy for you based on your symptoms and lab work. It includes recommendations for nutrition, dietary supplements, herbal medicine, lifestyle counselling, exercise, and acupuncture.
Clinical nutrition
Examines the relationship between food intake and health. Specific dietary improvements may be recommended, and treatment may include taking nutritional supplements such as vitamins, minerals, enzymes, essential fatty acids, and probiotics.
Herbal medicine
Plant substances are prescribed for their healing properties and their ability to address many health issues simultaneously. The use of plants for healing is the foundation of modern pharmacology.
Lifestyle counselling
Identifies physical, emotional, nutritional and environmental factors that impact health so that changes can be made to promote a healthy lifestyle.
Acupuncture
Based on a tongue and pulse assessment, acupuncture is used to restore the proper flow of energy (qi) that flows in channels (meridians) throughout the body and over its surfaces, thus stimulating healthy function of organs and tissues.
