What to Expect

Your first 90-minute appointment is an information-gathering session and will begin with a thorough discussion about your medical history and health concerns followed by a physical examination. The goal is to understand you and all the factors that impact your health. Certain laboratory tests may be required for assessment and diagnosis.
Please bring your completed intake package to your initial visit (intake form, consent forms and dietary journal available for downloading below), plus relevant laboratory test results.
If you are currently taking supplements or medications, please bring the bottles to your initial visit.

Subsequent Visits
A second 60-minute visit is scheduled one week after the initial visit. This week allows Suzanne to thoroughly assess your information, so that she can create an individualized treatment plan to get you on the right track towards good health.

Subsequent 45-minute visits are scheduled accordingly in order to follow-up with your treatment and health changes.

How many follow-up visits are needed and how often?
This depends on the type and extent of your health concern and the type of treatment involved. You may require weekly visits or monthly visits, depending on your individualized treatment plan. If acupuncture treatments are required, then weekly visits may be recommended for up to 6-8 weeks. Otherwise, follow-up visits may be scheduled one to six months apart for check ups and preventive maintenance.
